Resident Gypsy is a Sabino coloured Hackney X Irish Drayght stallion. He stands at 15.2hh and carries 10.5\'\' of bone.

He is an extremely versitile stallion, regardless of the type of mare he always throws correct, strong limbed progeny. With his unusual colouring his offspring are bound to be coloured or display the trademark white legs, white face and white splash on the belly.

Resident Gypsy himself has competed in all riding club disciplines from Elementary Dressage to Open Showjumping. He has hunted with the Cottesmore proving to be sure footed and reliable. Not only is he a gentleman to ride but is also quiet and well mannered in the stable. His temperament cannont be faulted and seems to be passed on to his offspring.

His fertility has proved yet again to be excellent with 100% positive pregnancy rate in 2009.

His stock are always in great demand as they prove to be trainable, allround prospects. His first crop of foals are now 5yr olds. One of them - Immortal Legend - is standing as a stallion in France, another that we have kept in close contact with - Immortal Delay - is working nicely under saddle and proving to be a super jumping horse.

In early 2010 Resident Gypsy will be seen on the hunting field in preparation for the competition season where he will be out competing in both dressage and jumping.
