Brackenspa Foals 2011
Our first foal of 2011 has arrived. A super Chestnut colt was born on 28th February. He is the first foal By Ameretto M. Congratulations to his owner Mrs Philippa Dixon-Warren.
March 11th, a few days late but well worth the wait. A super Palomino Colt by Crowns Wonder Pearl out of Vera Donja (007). Congratulations to Kim Chaplin.


Our second foal of the season by Ameretto M, a lovely bay filly out of a TB mare. She arrived the morning of the Open Day, what a time to pick. Congratulations to Philippa Dixon-Warren. Two lovely foals by Ameretto this year, we look forward to pictures from our external mare owners.


April 8th saw the arrival Brackenspa Houdini - aptly named after his dam escaped the night before she foaled. Sir Shutterfly x Roxsette (Cut the Mustard) A super dark bay colt.


3 days early! Annie gave birth to a super tobiano colt by Multicolor II - Brackenspa Multitude - more pictures to follow - he was less than 12 hrs old in this one.


The 18th of April also saw the first foal by Dunhill Desert Storm (perlino warmblood) arrive - although not with us certainly worth a mention - a super buckskin colt out of a bay mare.

Bang on due date, Flo had a super colt foal by Billy Mexico - congratulations to Penny, Wendy and Family!

An early addition for Fantasia, a super Chestnut filly by Craig Millard's Stallion Cendy. Congratulations to Joan.

The 30th April saw a busy night here at Brackenspa - Kat Young's maiden mare produced a super Buckskin filly by Crowns Wonder pearl at approx 9.30, and, not only had we stepped back in the house but our super mare Prada produced a second Buckskin filly, also by Crowns Wonder Pearl.

The 6th of May brought another Early bird - Zinia, owned by helen barlow produced a lovely chestnut filly - pictures to follow!

All these foals arriving early! Total Eclipse - owned by Vicki Sollitt gave birth to a cracking Buckskin colt by Crowns Wonder Pearl 7 days early! Pictured here at 2hrs old, very stricking markings!

Another early baby - What A One - owned by Jo Morton gave birth to a super coloured colt by Multicolor II 4 days early.

The 12th of May saw the birth of a lovely bay filly by Grafenstolz. Congratulations to the Cook family.

15th May, 2nd Grafenstolz filly for the Cook family.

17th May, a buckskin and white filly by Crowns Wonder Pearl from our mare Cider

22nd May a super colt foal by Billy Congo

23rd of may saw 6 new arrivals at Brackenspa. Silver Sixpence produced us a stunning filly by Athens Mumbo Jumbo and our Terrier Penny had 5 puppied, 3 gils and 2 boys.


The 6th of June saw a once in a lifetime experience for all of us at Brackenspa. Thankfully we have a happy ending so far but just over a week on we still wont relax. At 2.05am Hobbs, owned by Heather Moreno gave birth to twins. A filly and a colt by the stallion Showmaker.


The 7th of June, 16 days early when we were all feeling the end of the day must be close Lilly, Ivy Hill Girls, gave birth to a super buckskin filly by Multicolor II in the field at 16.40pm, pictured here 24hrs later both are doing very well.

A super bay filly by Ameretto M was born earlier on this month.
